Remarks Complete sequence from genomic. Truncated form of CP. The sequence aligns well until DLRKV, but then four nucleotides seem to be inserted (ggtc). If these nucleotides are removed, then the full sequence is identical to the strains TCVGH3 and TCVGH5. We cannot exclude that this sequence is correct, as we have observed that insertions may happen close to the site "DLRKVIRT" (MtuCP01_CNFD04045).
