| Remarks | Complete sequence from genomic. A cytidine is probably lacking between "KVIRT" and LEEIQES" (DNA ttcgcacctgga <--> ttcgcacCctgga), thus provoking a frameshift that truncates the peroxidase. Either it is a sequencing error, or there is truly a nucleotide loss. Around the site "KVIRT", we have already seen insertions (but no losses) (MtuCP01_CNFD04045 and MtuCP01_C18). If an extra cytidine is added, then we obtain the sequence MtuCP01_H37rv. | ||||||||||||
